Scottish Attachment in Action (SAIA) approached Made in Scotland to develop a new website and digital identity that would accurately reflect the organisation’s values while remaining accessible to everyone. SAIA also wanted to make their large archive of valuable resources more accessible online. To address this, we designed a user-friendly database, enabling the SAIA team to easily update and manage their content. This feature is common in many website projects we work on, as more businesses opt for online storage to create paperless environments and facilitate seamless document access for their teams.
Our approach to project management is meticulous, beginning with a custom project plan that outlines each development phase. Throughout the process, we arrange virtual meetings to gather client feedback at key stages, ensuring the website is functional and tailored to their needs. Client input is essential to create a product that meets their expectations and is user-friendly. Our goal is to use our digital expertise to help clients improve their online presence and build a loyal audience. After each project, we conduct internal evaluations to continually refine our services and maintain high standards of quality.
When working on SAIA’s logo and branding, we invested significant time in researching the organisation to design a logo that would be unique and representative of their mission. We presented several concepts with different fonts and color schemes, allowing the client to gather feedback from their team. After choosing a logo, we aligned the brand’s color palette, typography, and design elements to create a cohesive visual identity for digital and print media. The final logo encapsulates SAIA’s modern approach to supporting and educating others, blending functionality with a strong, recognisable brand presence.
